FreshSqueeze by Leen Empire uses the details you provide to prepare, confirm and deliver your order in Douala. We keep communication choices separate, clear and under your control.

Order information

We collect your name, Cameroon phone number, delivery or pickup choice, neighbourhood, preferred time, order items and any note you add. We use this information to fulfil the order, verify payment and provide customer support.

MTN Mobile Money

When automatic MTN MoMo is available and selected, we send the order amount and your mobile number to MTN’s collection service. You approve the payment on your own phone. FreshSqueeze does not ask for or store your MoMo PIN.

WhatsApp order messages

If automated order messages are active, we may send a transactional confirmation about an order you placed. If you message us, an automated guide may answer menu or delivery questions and will always offer a path to the Leen Empire team.

Offers and recommendations

Promotional WhatsApp messages are optional. The checkout box is off by default. If you choose it, we record the time and source of your consent and may send occasional offers or product recommendations using approved WhatsApp templates.

Reply STOP to any promotional message to unsubscribe.
Not selecting the box does not affect your order.
We do not sell your contact details.

Retention and help

Order records are kept for fulfilment, support and business accounting. Marketing consent records are kept until you opt out or ask us to remove them. Use the WhatsApp link shown on the storefront when active to request access, correction or deletion.
